You suck if you've been using GIMP for one year.

Good day. Smile

Ok, C+C because you PMed me for telling the truth.

All you do is paste stocks on C4Ds.
And if not, you have horrid backgrounds, no lighting effects, nothing appealing.

There are two sides to graphic making: the appeal and the skill.

Most people have the appeal down, but do not have enough skill to make it look right.

You, on the other hand, have experience, but make crap looking banners.

edit: sorry if I came off harsh, but you're definetely improving.

The Mario Mushroom one is the best. I've commented on all of the other ones, except for the Luigi one. About that one, it doesn't look very good. The backgrounds look nice, but you made the stock look really, really bad. It pops out, but you made it much bigger than you needed to make it.

I only liked the 2nd one. The other ones look really bad. Not your best work.

Actually, it is his best work. I've seen almost all of his work.

First off, the first one has random lines surrounding the stock, the stock is too small, and the cut it off. That really needs to be done better. The stock is also way too bright. Remember, one main thing about any graphic is the stock, or the point of focus.

The second one is better. The clipping masks look good, and the background looks nice. Maybe you should've made it transparent, instead of the black. Otherwise, it looks great, but the clipping mask goes on far too long. It drags off to the edge.

I've already told you just about everything to say about the third one. Yes, the stock is still the focus point.

The mushroom is my favorite. The only thing I can tell is that the background is too bright right behind the mushroom, which makes it look way too bright.

The fifth one was just really bad. The random lines out by the side, the background, the position of the stock. Basically, it looks terrible. Maybe make more blending. That would make it look a little bit better.

The Groudon banner just looks like crap. Nothing to say about this one.

Stop arguing about whether his work is good or not.

If you are, give C+C along with it.

No I make good graphics with GIMP.

Mario, the first one is really plain and boring and I have no clue wtf is going on in the second one :L

Jazz edit» True, you do make great graphics with Gimp. (Y)

I don't like this one at all. There's nothing but a little background and a stock pasted on. The stock also looks like it is from an old game. It just doesn't look very nice. The stock is way too light as well.

I actually like them both, but I prefer the 2nd one. The black goes better with the background, but I'm not too sure what's up with the blue.

That's a piece of work that I really like. The border is nice, the background is good, the stock stands out, and the lightning effect is really good. Nice work. I actually approve of this piece. bounce
